Visual Metaphors
We mirrored the psychological stages of creative work through environmental transitions. In the dense jungle, narrow focal lengths and subtle vertigo effects build a sense of confinement and tension. As the journey ascends into the vastness of the Andes, we opened the field of view with wide-angle cinematography to reflect increasing mental clarity and perspective during the creative process.
Pacing & Transitions
Dynamic match-cuts and seamless wipe transitions bridge the contrast between the humid jungle floor and high mountains, keeping the narrative rhythm fast, immersive, and aligned with Compagnon’s creative audience.

Solo Expedition in Peru
Executed as a solo production, the shoot required managing all camera operations, gear transport, and direction single-handedly, both behind and in front of the lens. We used indirect POV perspectives and strategic tracking shots from behind to keep the visual storytelling organic without sacrificing the cinematic scale.
Shooting in the extreme - Jungle Humidity & 4.000m Altitude
The production ranged from extreme tropical humidity in the Amazon basin, demanding strict equipment and lens maintenance against condensation, to intense high-altitude filming above 4000 meters in the Andes. Precise logistical planning, light packing, and physical endurance ensured full production output under extreme environmental stress.
